Ladies and Gentlemen, 

We would like to offer you a rest in a house situated remotely in the centre of asmall valley, at a mountainous, clear stream. The beauty of the place, in whichwe live, is outstanding.

We would like to welcome you to get acquainting with unique monuments ofwooden sacral buildings of /Beskid Niski/ the most beautiful Łemk OrthodoxChurches with their beautiful domes.

The valley of the Ropki village with the neighboring uninhabited valleys arewonderful occasions to: watch the living conditions of  birds like, ex.black stork/”The Area of Black Stork”/ grey heron, raven, white columbine,buzzard;and wild animals, ex. wolves, deer, roc-deer, wild pigs, foxes, badgers, weasel,martens, lynxes, hares and beavers.

The nearest surrounding of the house makes very good conditions for a rest anda relax. 

There are following attractions within a 30 minutes' walk:

•          Lipka mountain pass

•          Czertyżne Valley (uninhabited)

•          Bieliczna Valley (uninhabited)

•          Perehyba mountain pass

•          Hutniańska mountain pass

•          Wysowa Zdrój

•          A horse stud with a possibility of horse-riding lessons.

There are many chances of hiking and bicycle-riding in the area of the property. There is a Klimkówka Lake within a 10 minutes' car driving - a wonderful place for sun-bathing and doing water sports /a swimming pool, water bicycles, wind­surfing./ 

Apart from the stream, which is adored by children, there are following attractions in the area of the property:

•          Children sand-pit

•          Open area fire-places

•          Garden tables

•          Summer kitchen 

The area around the house is friendly and safe for children any age. A spaciousliving-room, balconies, a big terrace along the whole house will make the visitmore attractive.Our rooms are comfortable: double, three and four people rooms with bigbathrooms.There is a fully-equipped kitchen for guests, where it is possible to cook on yourown as well as to use our cooking-offer.We offer menu prepared on the premises, taking under consideration our niceguests' tastes, based on the natural, local products like: bread, milk, cheese,honey, eggs, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, berries, venison, marvellousproducts from a friendly butcher.

We organize Easter and Christmas visits as well as occasional events. The mostfavourable are New Year's Eve visits combined with a sledging cavalcade, abarbecue and a New Year's party.We would like to welcome you to a winter rest. We offer sledging, runningroutes and ski-lifts/ Wysowa Zdrój, Magóra Małostowska, Ostry Wierch./We accommodate guests throughout the whole year. The gusts limit is 12 with achance of an additional bed.

How to get here: from the main road Ropa-Wysowa Zdrój, through Uście Gorlickie, turning in the Hańczowa village, turning right behind the church/ there is a road-sign Ropki at the street/ 3,5 km to our house.
